Versatile and roomy 6 person tent with 2 bedrooms and a separate living area. The large bedroom will accommodate 4 people and the smaller room is suitable for 2 people. Either bedroom can be removed to create a larger living area. 3 doors, windows. 4 air vents. Colour coded poles. No see UM mesh. Groundsheet attached in bedroom, separate in living area. Taped seams. The tent and awning are 3 years old and as such does have signs of wear however these do not prevent the tent from being used and it is fully waterproof. There is a slight tear (approx 3cm) in the flooring of the second bedroom which has been taped and does not effect the room. Two poles have splintered (one in the awning and one on the tent) and have been taped to repair them but could do with replacing ( easily done by purchasing a replacement pole set on-line for around £10 ) hence the lowered price. This was our first family tent and has been much loved and looked after (as much as the British weather has allowed, hence the splintered poles!). It has never been smoked in and nor do we have pets.
